Sofia Development has had one on one training with Bonnie Ericson of Sesame Street and others,
for expedited licensing approval.
Location Art
Sofia Development teams up with CD Designs, Lynn Boudreau to create your character art, engineer images, and develop repeat patterns with artist Lynn Boudreau
( cddesignsfabrics.com ). Together prints come alive on tricot, polyester and mesh yardage. These printed sheets are sewn by Susan to create your final color correct prototype. All models are beautiful photographic sculptures ready for any presentation.
Embroidery
Both hand and machine embroidery services are available, complete with manufacturing specifications.
Surface Design and Repeat Patterns
Sofia Development will create your character art, apply it to presentations, and design repeat patterns with varying colorways. Lynn Boudreau ( cddesignsfabrics.com ) will print this art on tricots, polyester blends, and netting. The printed yardage returns to Susan to sew your final photographic prototype.
Graphic Support
Your concept illustrated in necessary views, ideation, color palette recommendation, and surface art with callouts.
International Work for Hire
For the international market, the studio is available to introduce American Influence to your product concept or design through style and engineering, to enhance its universal and international appeal. Please contact me for an informational interview on how I can assist your development group. A schedule and payment agreement can be forwarded in English with a quote in US dollars upon request. Many foreign companies have contacted Susan Sofia Development to offer manufacturing capabilities. Although Susan Sofia Development does create products, our clients are firmly established with their own manufacturers.
